We partner with suppliers located in China, the USA, Germany, the UK, and Australia to fulfill orders. Products are shipped directly from the nearest or most appropriate supplier based on inventory availability, product type, and your shipping address. This helps optimize delivery times and costs.

Shipping & Delivery Options

We offer standard and expedited shipping options where available. Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx (for USA-based shipments), DHL, Deutsche Post (for Germany), Royal Mail (for UK), Australia Post (for Australia), and China Post or international couriers like DHL/EMS (for China). In some cases, a third-party supplier manages inventory and handles shipping.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders (e.g., over a certain amount—check product pages or cart for details). This applies to domestic and some international shipments.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method. Expedited options (e.g., 3-5 business days) are available at an additional cost:

Typical Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on the supplier's location and your destination. For US customers:

    From USA suppliers (domestic): 3–7 business days.

    From Germany or UK suppliers (international): 7–14 business days, plus any customs processing.

    From Australia suppliers (international): 10–20 business days, plus any customs processing.

    From China suppliers (international): 2–4 weeks, including customs clearance.

International orders may experience additional delays due to customs inspections. We aim to ship orders within 1–3 business days of processing, but please allow extra time during peak seasons.

For subscription orders, deliveries occur on a recurring basis as specified in your subscription details (e.g., monthly shipments).

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries, excluding restricted or sanctioned destinations (e.g., North Korea, Cuba—contact us for details). For US customers receiving international shipments (from non-USA suppliers), please note:

    You are the importer of record and must comply with all US import laws and regulations.

    Orders valued under $800 USD may qualify for duty-free entry under the US de minimis rule, but this is not guaranteed and depends on US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) assessments.

    For orders over $800 USD, or certain product categories (e.g., textiles, supplements), duties may apply.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP)

We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for orders delivered to the United States. This means:

    All applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other charges are estimated and included in your order total at checkout.

    You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery or by customs.

    The total price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay—no surprises!

These estimates are based on the product's HS code, declared value, country of origin, and current US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) rates for items like skincare/cosmetics (HS 3304.99), supplements (HS 2106.90), and pet beds (HS 9404.90).

Notes:

    Duties and taxes are calculated automatically at checkout using the latest available rates.

    In rare cases, if actual charges differ slightly (due to customs reassessment), we cover any overage—you won't be billed extra.

    For maximum transparency and accuracy, we use [Shopify's built-in duties calculator / a third-party app like Zonos / DHL services—specify if applicable].

International Shipping to the USA

Even though many orders ship directly from international suppliers (China, Germany, UK, Australia), we handle the import process under DDP terms. Delivery times remain as stated above, and customs clearance is prepaid for smoother, faster processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link. You can track your package via the carrier's website (e.g., USPS.com, DHL.com). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate. If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days of shipment confirmation, contact us.

Order Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed, we'll notify you promptly with a revised estimate. For lost or damaged packages, file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number—we'll assist where possible, but ultimate responsibility lies with the carrier.

For US customers: Delays in international shipments are common due to customs—please plan accordingly.
