Shipping & Delivery

Where do your products ship from?
We partner with suppliers in the USA. Your order will ship from our US supplier location that has your product in stock, which helps us optimize delivery times and costs.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on where your product ships from:

  • 3-7 business days

You'll see the estimated delivery time at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We do charge 10% of product purchase price as a restocking fee for returned items. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

Who pays for return shipping?
For domestic US orders, we provide a prepaid return label.
